Mark Wielaard: New GPG key.

Ouch!
Double ouch. Kohsuke isn't just some random guy, he's Mr Hudson. So I'd like to help him to improve the charts in Hudson (which everyone and their dog is using these days, myself included) *without* having to drop JFreeChart (which is w-a-y better than OK, in my opinion).
