Mark Wielaard: New GPG key.

At its annual China Education & Research Conference, Sun Microsystems, Inc. (NASDAQ:JAVA) along with the Ministry of Education of China, today announced the China Innovation Program for Students (CHIPS), a student development program providing mentoring and training of the world's leading open source technologies.
