Mark Wielaard: New GPG key.

Sun Microsystems, Inc. (NASDAQ: JAVA) and the NetBeans community today announced the imminent release of the NetBeans Integrated Development Environment (IDE) 6.5. This release provides an intuitive and feature-rich IDE for PHP and increased support for Web and Java software development.
