Mark Wielaard: New GPG key.

As I mentioned in my previous post, JDK 6 introduced an extended cookie management API. The main class being java.net.CookieManagerwhich extends the abstract class java.net.CookieHandler. It is supplemented by java.net.HttpCookie, java.net.CookieStore and java.net.CookiePolicy. Its main purpose is to provide a complete and easy to use cookie handler.
