Mark Wielaard: New GPG key.

Announcing the availability of SOA for NetBeans IDE 6.0 Preview
With NetBeans Enterprise Pack 5.5, you were able to develop enterprise-grade applications right from service creation to service orchestration. Now, the follow on to that release, SOA pack for NetBeans IDE 6.0 Preview (M9), is available. The SOA functionality offers artifacts for service composition and assembly. This milestone also provides a graphical WSDL editor, business event processing to collect and process events in real time, an XSLT editor to edit transformations, and tooling support for a wide range of binding components and interoperability with .NET services through WSIT. These features are now made available on the rich base platform of NetBeans IDE 6.0.
